A police officer once told me something that might very well fit in this exchange. 

"Justice has nothing to do with whether one is guilty or innocent".   The proof of that is what happened with the O.J. case.  We might verywell have all the evidence that are Patents are authentic and legal, yet we have to depend on what some Judge feels on this issue.  We can be as right as rain yet loose because we choose the wrong court to fight the battle.  What garbage.
