History has already proven you to be correct. After the Nunally PR(s) -- or about that time -- the PTSC proceedings took an upward turn on the nasty meter. Even the ARM message boards were burnin' up with PTSC hate speak. There is always the other guy's side of the story.
It seems to be continuing these days as Toshiba has held out from providing all the needed docs until the eleventh hour. Maybe just manipulation and not malice, but my money is on the latter. The remaining J2 could be more than a little pissy after the Markman results. Anything can happen in court, but the advantage is clearly in PTSC's favor at this time, IMO.
PTSC has another advantage -- TPL and their Alliance Group to litigate. That's all they do, so focus is not an issue. That's good for PTSC.
As you have pointed out, the simple fact that DM is still on board after the KSR ruling speaks volumes for the confidence DM must have to spend the man hours needed to move forward.
