PTSC's current case with the Japanese companies (started with 5, now only 2 remain as the others settled) is currenting being played out in Marshall, TX -- home stadium for The Rocket Docket and Judge John Ward.

It's a bit of long story, but the Reader's Digest version is that the initial cases had a venue issue as the mean ole copy cats wanted to be on their home turf in CA, but PTSC prevailed and the cases were consolidated and off they went to TX.
