Yep, EDIG would SEEM (RP speak?) to have been WAY out in front. Of course, we don't know all the twists that will be used by highly talented IP lawyers.

IMO, there will be more steps taken in the patent reform bebate. That's not a bad thing for those companies with a solid basis. EDig and DM SEEM to be in bed together. With no divorce, EDIG could be in good shape because DM won't like the bad rep, IMO.
