There is nothing" negative" about the Slenkovich article. In fact it is a good example of how the Teleflex  is nothing but another delay tactic given the infringers, if they choose to go that route...

Clearly, the Graham standards were reaffirmed by the uninanimous Supreme Court, and it does not get any better than that...

Further, as far as EDIG is concerned Teleflex is Much Ado About Nothing. All DM has to do is raise Graham, shifiting the burden to defense, and then provide EDIG's list of partners, and those who licensed its IP over the last 10 years to carry the day on the Graham 9 points...
