Investor perceptions may vary but legal action targeting tens or hundreds of millions of dollars from billion dollar companies by a company whose flash patents existed well in advance of the current booming flash markets will interest a lot of investors expecting a .178 stock to move to much higher ground, imo.  That is a very reasonable expectation.

News changes perceptions and opportunity is a constantly sought after commodity....a phenomenon we witnessed first hand in '00 and one which appears to presenting itself 8 years after these markets have evolved and matured, and which continue to grow exponentially.

Now EDIG/DM may choose to not disclose actual numbers due to not wanting to tip their hand to other infringers but the extrapolating of revenues from specific product markets will surface as investors begin to "explore" the potential.
