I merely reiterate management's most recent comments on their IP efforts in light of the generalized overview...something directly related to the health of this investment near term....

In light of the evolving patent litigation business, Pat Nunally, DM and EDIG offer this "current" account of EDIG affaires....

"We are very encouraged by the technical and legal development of our portfolio and expect patent enforcement actions to commence this quarter.”

This type of expectation I can not only live with but look forward to as we approach a rather specific deadline at the directive of Blakeley, Nunally and DM.

Blakeley has been a straight shooter and has delivered in the face of some difficult circumstances so I expect nothing less of him on the IP front.

Should be well worth waiting around...
