Actually I believe it’s kind of unusual for EDIG to wait until the last possible moment on financials (I'm thinking 10Qs also, not just 10Ks). Without checking history though, it seems to me that they’ve normally filed at least a day or two before the deadline. I also don’t know if they technically have until the last day of the month or the last business day. Could the filing come out tomorrow?

Assuming we do get a business update along with the 10K (which we should according to RP), I agree that we’re most likely in for what has been the typical ho-hum, nothing new, short on details, underwhelming, and repetitive 'update' that we’ve all seen several times before. (Maybe they’ll tell us again how they could be profitable with 4000 units... Yawn).

Ah, but what if it’s not? Most would have to admit that their direction has turned decidedly more interesting in the past year+ since the additions of Blakeley, Mezzo, DM, and others to the EDIG 'family'. No question that while market reaction hasn’t been what we’d have hoped for thus far, it’s not like there hasn’t been ANY progress at all.... 2.5 million in (non-Mezzo) orders? Lufthansa? DM? Geez. Tough crowd is right - and at 18 cents/share, it’s a tough market to be sure.

We’re waiting for the tipping point... and there’s no telling when or how that will occur. I think that expected news isn’t likely to be the news that one would crave... that is, blowout news is more likely to come out of nowhere and without warning - not fit neatly into the schedule according to when financials are due. That said, there’s a first time for everything and I’ll take what I can get. The story as we know is far from over and we could be just getting started news-wise. I’ll be happy today if they can just give us the slightest hint that things are continuing to progress and that news is coming yet this year which will have been worth the wait.
