I have always viewed your posts with interest. This one, though "objective", is a little on the "conservative" side.

The scenario you outline could bust wide open with an announcement of one "infringer" signing on...

The very announcement that DM signed on took the pps from $.15ish to $.28. Validation of "IP Monetization" should do better for the pps, don't you think?...
