We have a difference of opinion with regard to that thought. This will be my last comment with regard to it.

From here on out, I just wait to see how "PATENT PENDING" will be interpreted by the court...and if it feels, that Bill did breach the NON disclosure considerations of the Oct AGREEMENT when he finally did submit an application for a patent subsequent to his April Non disclosure agreement.
