LL, glad you wrote this. It's what I also recall:

"The court denied e.Digital's Motion to Dismiss (I think that was what their motion was) and ruled that the NDA was not superseded by the October agreement.  That does not mean that the NDA is valid in scope or in length of time or in any other way.  It merely means the NDA was not rendered moot by subsequent agreements."
