Considering the 50K trade yesterday only increased the price by .005, it is interesting that a 4900 share trade today drove it .02.

Very thinly traded and virtually nothing available...my guess is nobody is leaving with what is on the table, especially after waiting years for the flash patents to get their due.

With any notable IP infringer announcement, a volume spike could take us to higher highs quickly.
