Doni  i  agree  with  you  , At  the  time  of  the  negoitiating  edig  had  not  much  in  the  hopper  and  needed  something  SOON , At  the  time  they  PROBABLY  felt  they  needed  Bill's  deal . What  else  did  we  have  at  that  time , The  KINO ?  look  where  it  went !

Edig  is  an  engineering  company , Inventors , creators ,Etc  Bill  Boyer was  a  baggage  handler , I'm  sure  they  felt  no  worries  at  the  time. After  all  how  could  he  produce  any  thing  but  the  concept ! Build  it  in  his  garage , NOT
