I asked if we had any indication that F10 had used our IP in some of their later devices. He declined to comment or discuss. With talk of patent filings and other on going issues related to IP, I can`t help but believe Fujitsu was at least attempting to steal our reference design but that is pure conjecture and speculation on my part. I have absolutely no solid information to substantiate my belief.
