Fom the Oct 28th edigital announcement where this is taken from it reads.
Commenting on the Eclipse by Fujitsu Ten (EF10) arbitration process, Anandpura said, “The arbitration panel is scheduled to hear our case on March 7, 2005. We remain confident in the facts of our case and believe they will lead to a favorable outcome.”
My point is that Roberts comment to EDIGOKIE ``We may have resolution in the next two to three weeks`` is different than Atul`s guidance given in Oct. Ordinarily the arbitration process would begin on the scheduled date. Resolution would normally take additional time. Typically 2-3 weeks for a settlement. The implication is that they are likely attempting to resolve this before it goes to arbitration.
Putnam mentioned the same thing to me a few weeks back.
