I happen to agree that in order to make himself more saleable, Mr. Boyer elevated his credentials to EDig by committing one of the Ten Commandments to the trash heap. In other words, he lied through his skivvies to Ferguson. I sincerely hope a judge takes that into consideration when ruling. I simply do not see how he cannot.

However, that being said, just how gulable was Mr. Ferguson and FF and RP. Were they all taken in by Boyer or were they plain "inept"?

In ascertaining whether to do business with APS EDig (Ferguson etal) signed a preliminary NDA based on information given them by Boyer. Would not any astute business person check out any claims made by the other party, especially in this situation? Mr. Ferguson's first question to Boyer shud have been, "Could I see a copy of your patent pending devices paperwork"?

Of course that would have ended any dealings right away so perhaps it was done on purpose JUST TO HAVE A CUSTOMER....Maybe....huh????
