BOW states meeting Fred in Sept, then in the same breath puts some kind of consideration into Bills patent. Bill sells his APS holdings to BOW in Oct.2004
He got the word....and knew in Sept that Hensons applied for( September 8, 2003 DAVIS WRIGHT TREMAINE, LLP) recipe was worthless.

It's not about the tech anymore....it's about the true intent of the April 2002 NDA / Oct 2002 AGREEMENT and underhanded dealings of Bill & BOW in the month of Sept 2004
