Agree with you DIAZ and COCUMELLI are very inactive in EDIG board.I don"t think they deserve these large amount of shares for such a low price of .18 cents!!!.COCUMELLI has not been present in recent shareholder meeting.I am not sure majority of above even attend regularlly board of directors meeting.

How about a petition from shareholders in regard for future graning shares to EDIG BOARD MEMBERS start as minimum of $1 for shares up to 100,000 and $2 for shares up to 200,000 and so on.
