Boyer did have a lot of nerve and Wencor sure looks silly in these fillings. Maybe Wencor's legal team will file their own spin, but that Ken Clark filling sure seems like a silver bullet through the heart of Wencor's case.

The only exception is the beginning production delay from Maycom that EDIG was to oversee. I doubt there are any real damages there as I believe Wencor would have to prove malice, but Wencor may still be around to be a pain in the arse for a while. Of couse, we never know what will happen in court. My guess is EDIG and MEZZO can now point new / fense sitting sales prospects toward these fillings to draw their own conclusions -- and some of those prospects are probably looking to get a competing bid from Wencor. Sweet!

Is it correct to state we are due a financial report mid-June? Maybe an update as well since that has tended to be the case in the past?
