I can confirm that Boyer hadn't been completely paid. In my conversation with Putnam a month ago, he stated that Boyer still hadn't been paid the full amount he was owed by Wencor. The fact that he is on the hook to Wencor taints his credibility......after Clark's declaration, tainted credibility is the least of his problems. It almost seems like the scope of this case has crossed the line and may require a trial by jury. Does anyone know how this works? If the judge accepts Clarks dposition as submitted, then the cusp of this issue is criminal in nature.
