Blakeley Declaration

Looks like EDIG's lawyers filed a declaration yesterday on behalf of Will Blakeley. Not sure when the Court will hear arguments in the case or if it will rule based only on written motions. Will post the Court's ruling as soon as it's listed on PACER...should be interesting reading to say the least.
