I'm certainly not a lawyer, but I know our company lawyers are always harping about being specific with OEM agreements as to who does what, by what date, and how & when money changes hands.

No way to be certain of the outcome, but it is hard to believe this will be more than a pain in the arse, at the worst.

We should see some financials mid-June (?) and possibly an update.  IMO, this could be a corner turning event for EDIG.  There won't be the toast of Wall Street, but a positve step toward black ink will make a big difference.
