SANDISK CORP said a judge of the U.S. International Trade

Commission found that STMICROELECTRONICS'  ST NAND flash

memory infringed some claims of one of Sandisk's patent, but

the claims of the patent were invalid. In addition, the company

also said the judge found that ST NOR did not infringe certain

claims of another Sandisk patent. "The initial determination

will not have any impact on existing license agreements or the

royalties expected from those agreements," the flash memory

maker said.
