For several months we have been bombarded with nonsense by Cassandra and her clan of bashers of EDIG asserting that EDIG sold the baby and the kitchen sink for $25000 dollars and thus can not make the eVU and/or sell it to anybody. Well here is the answer to that HOG WASH...

"24. e.Digital admits that the DRM, which speaks for itself, provides as follows in paragraph 2:

License, Gees, and Payment Terms; DIGECOR will pay EDIGITAL a $25000 one-time flat fee for an unrestricted, unlimited, irrevocableright to use the DRM technology for use on DIGECOR digEplayer and other DIGECOR products, including the right to modify and add to the DRM technology at DIGECOR's discretion. The DRM technology labor (man hours) is included as part of this one-time payment and the parties understand that this [is] not a billable project. This one-time payment will be made after the the major studios have approved the DRM technology for use on the digEplayer. If the studios do not approve the DRM for use on the digEplayer, DIGECOR has the choice to take make the one time payment and thereby secore the unrestricted, unlimited irrevocable license or not make a payment and not use the DRM technology. With regard to the DRM technology, the aircraft industry will be an exclusive license for DIGICOR and all other markets will be non-exclusive. Further, the Parties agree that EDIGITAL will have a non-exclusive, unlimited right to use DRM technology for non-aircraft industries.

e.Digital further admits that at one time digEcor raised the issue of payment of the $25000, but it never actually tendered the payment after learning that the parties had different interpretations of paragraph 2 of the DRM. e.Digital denies any remaining allegations in paragraph 24 of the complaint.

By its terms the DRM agreement was void and non binding because of non-payment of the $25000 by digEcor, and that is a question of fact and not of law for the judge to decide.

If the Edig attorneys prove that fact Mr. WNECOR is neck high in cow dung for all the interference with EDIG business...

There are several other parts of the document 92 that are almost as good. But for now this is the best part to show how wanna be lawyers like Cassandra spread disinformations about EDIG.

Thanks for posting these for all to read...
