"The Markman transcript is useful as general information, and is also enlightening as to the specific language used by the Judge in asking questions to the attorneys and making the comments that he made. Beyond that, no amount of analysis --- by anyone, regardless of credentials --- is going to generate much more than a guess at the outcome.
