I am no lawyer but it would seem to me that since digEcor is wholly owned by Wencor, Wencor would have to come to the financial aid of digEcor should the Court rule EDIG was due monetary damages that exceeded digEcor's ability to pay. Whew, now that was a run-on sentence! Hope it made sense.
