I think the next court date is first week in June and hopefully EDIG's lawyers can convince the court to dismiss all or most of digEcor's claims and maybe award EDIG damages, without a trial being necessary. I'm glad our resident lawyer (LL) doesn't feel digEcor has much of a case but, like he says, nothing is certain until the court rules. And even then there's an appeal available to the loser.

Sure wish BOW would just move on to greener pastures.
