In an effort to provide reliable & accurate information to the board members, I contacted Mr. Putnam about when the ASM will be held and the reason for the delay. His answer is below and contrary to the bashers' lies, there's nothing sinister going on at e.Digital headquarters and management hasn't fled to Tahiti. LOL.

Next quarter we'll be providing a time, date and location for the meeting. Because of the significant cost in printing and postage in mailing proxy materials to over 35,000 individual accounts, we are looking to take advantage of the new electronic proxy rules that go into effect on July 1.
