There's a reason to hold, while at the moment an unclear reason not hold.

No matter what the out come of the unclear reason, there is still a reason to hold,  for me anyway.

They now have a combined effort of representation supporting a reason to hold. You either believe it or not.  For what I know, I have to believe the effort is real.

You either understand what they are sitting on, or you don't.

My concern as an investor, is not about the current company circumstance.

But what other investors know beyond that.
