You`re right (per my understanding), and my analogy wasn`t very good with respect to copying.... The ability to copy does open it up. But if such copies were truly only for ``personal use`` and couldn`t easily escape your domain (or, better put, be intentionally released from your domain), I would consider it ``closed`` and akin to what a closed system Kino would do (i.e., STB>Kino>view on friend`s big screen TV; no copying). Is that better? Does this help understanding by others? Kimba? Anyone? (Further corrections welcomed).
