It is not so easy to just wait on the highly qualified DM firm to inform us after they have filied suit and / or negotiated a license deal. I beleive most here favor the latter, as do I. If DM can stay out of court, EDIG gets their cash sooner should a mean ole copy cat cough up the cash.

I like to read a variety of IP attorney articles as the "patent law" field has been a bit on the hazey side -- first with the "file first, negotiate later" ruling and then with the KSR ruling.

At this point, we have no idea of the time line and, IMO, it is not is DM's best interest to be public with any informtion until they can use it to their advantage in a negotiation, should one be on going at this time.

IMO, we'll get an update with the annual report (mid-July?) that will mention some level of DM activity. That might be as good as it gets until something actually happens.

Meanwhile, back on the farm, we still need to sell some eVUs -- and it certainly looks like that is exactly what Willy and gang are doing.

For the foreseeable future, eVU is our revenue stream and the IP license deals are just gravy should they happen sooner than later, IMO.
