It's my understanding that they will be filing suits, not notices, so that EDIG/DM can choose the venue which suits them best...then negotiate from there.

They apparently have specific companies targeted for the early cases and then move on from there.

DM has been working on this long before EDIG made it public that they had retained DM for this purpose.

I hope they begin litigating this summer....should make the annual meeting more meaningful...that and a lot more eVU sales.

At one point Blakeley gave shareholders the target number of 4000 fully implemented eVU units as the break point for profitability. I am hoping, now that the numbers are becoming quantitative and not just speculative, that we will get a better guesstimation as to when we hit green.
