Compiling all the stimulii that hits (or doesn't hit) us everyday we lose sight of why we are here and why we should be here... Daboss keeps us focused on the events in the past that will transform our decision makings in the future. He is needed.....Lawyerlong tells us those facts we need to know based on his knowledge of the law and what legal events that are happening with EDig mean.....He is needed...

Dinki'e is/was a friend. I spent many fun hours with him at the CES in Las Vegas running down FF and RP. and at shareholder meetings asking some tough questions. He is a smart person, still is an EDig shareholder and a pretty done gone good techno geek.......He is NOT needed....Sorry Don, you have just gotten too strident and nasty for me.

Other subjects: DM....It is still rather obvious that EDig's patent infringement claims against those who are using it's IP is a strong one no matter what the latest news coming out about patents from the courts. As Lawlerlong has stated and I believe he should know, these cases have been before courts for some time and if DM is the heavyweight we all know them to be, they would have known about them and factored them into a decision as to wether to do business with EDig. The are on the case, on a contingencty basis. I do not believe as someone said today that they have no real stake and do not have to spend any time, effort or money here, they simply could have said "you have no case" or "our startup fee is $100,000" They did neither. They would have investigated wether or not EDig's IP was a compliation of "obvious" factors that anyone could have known and put together, thereby an iffy case, or if it was a unique invention, solidly patented...Should I say "contingency" again.

Also I am quite sure the new business announced by EDig was not done by unitiated "fly by night" airlines. These are big boys and they don't jump into providing services for their customers without knowing if the company who provides those services will be here next month/ year to continue those services. To me it is a great big "kudo" to EDig and the belief by many that we will be here and growing into the future.

My last bit of JMO that you all know....I believe BOW is now desperate. The latest filing shows he is trying anything to get into EDig's "nickers" He is not succeeding and his IFE business appears to have slowed to a halt. I don't believe he has a new product that stands muster, probably not even as good as the old DP (could be wrong there I don't know) No judge has told EDig it cannot enter into any market and do business based on the facts of the case so BOW has gotten nasty in other, less than legal ways...A sign of a person who knows he has lost......
