EDIG has stated, "...we do not presently plan or expect to produce or sell digEplayer models to digEcor or other customers in the future. " 

Combine that with the high probabilty that digEcor/Triad stole our IP to accelerate the development of the digEplayer XT and you can understand BOW's desperation.  digEcor is losing customers to the eVU and should lose much more in court.
