RyanAir - could be.... When O`Leary made that statement about how his competition should do likewise re: digE, I thought that was pretty stupid. Maybe he sobered up and realised this, hence the reversal. The ``divert from financials`` explanation also makes sense (two birds with one stone!).

RE: Open/closed, that`s my interpretation as well. Debated this with Kimba the other day, trying analogies. Best I could come up with is that regular broadcast TV is ``open``, premium cable is ``closed`` except to those who pay for the right and the equipment to view. Does that work?
