Gil or LL (or someone esle familiar), there is a non-profit 501C3 that is planning to develop a building. Should there be a separate entity established to shelter the non-profits assets. Should the company or partnership established as the developer be non-profit, and if so how is money funnelled back to the parent non-profit. Any insight would help. Thanks
