WOW...I`ve been on the dog meat side of arbitration twice...so I`m glad I have not seen recommendations over the asked $$$. When on the white hat side, we got about 40% of what we asked, but it was pure profit and bonues were paid to those who shinned the light of justice and guitars.

Again, I hope you are right. I certainly agree with you that the case can be compelling for a jury if the attorney is doing the US David vs. Japanese Golith.
