To be fair, DaBoss wasn`t wrong; the sources on which he apparently relies were wrong.

Also to be fair (to myself I guess), IF the PPS were headed the other way, and I had posted that the bid/low was 17 cents at that instant when, in reality, it hadn`t gone below .175, how many here would have called me on it (and not too politely I bet)? Would the ``rounding`` explanation have gotten me out of the dog house?
