Well, yes and no.  The eVU's are expected to ship this quarter per the March 29th announcement.  What portion of that order equates into the service agreements remains to be seen....so they should definitely book something substantial this quarter...

Then there are the previous announced orders from Q3 '07. (The majority of the new orders, being built by e.Digital’s U.S.-based contract manufacturer, are expected to ship to eVU customers in this quarter ending December 31, 2006. )
