Cassendra has nothing to offer beyond her negative perspectives about EDIG spun to the nth degree, and engaging her is a total waste of your time and band width.

I would rather you became this board's resident lawyer like "rosnran, or wolfbackvoltair" on PTSC board, tracking the legal developments like you have done in the last part of this post, and keeping us abreast of PACER filings when the "Legal Monetiztion" efforts by DM commence.
