LOL, you invested in a penny stock that has gone from .07 to 24.50 and back, based on, what was it again, facts?  I don't think so.

Yet you continue buying based on facts, what facts were you relying on? Perhaps the facts leading up to 2005? 

My reality is that this is a speculative play with high ranging potential at any moment based on a patent portfolio, innovative product designs and the ability to capitalize on new market niches to varying degrees, and when developments occur causing my perception to become the prevailing perception of the market overall, this investment becomes very real...facts or no facts. (however, the facts of the day are looking quite stellar)

You blather on with your legal perspective, which you repeatedly state is not your area of expertise, yet chastise me for having a speculative investment based on something other than facts...lol.

I think PATENTS, PARTNERS, PRODUCTS and GLOBAL MARKETS might ring a bell with a few investors out there and those are still the facts as I see them and upon which I continue to rely, and which, are quite pertinent in today's reality.
