In 1999 plenty of naysayers stated EDIG, being a penny stock, would not participate in the tech boom. We heard all the reasons, very well documented, as to why it would never happen.

Granted it's not 1999 anymore, so I would tend to agree that 24.50 is not a very likely price point, but I would disagree that news will not drive this stock, or any other stock for that matter.

What this stock needs, beyond a great news on the Patent front along with the eVU business, is a new pool of investors who see things differently.  Maybe that won't happen until Duane Morris LLP eludicates on the patent matter but once the process of settlements and licensing begins I believe there is a very good chance that new investors will see an investment opportunity at hand.

Until that day, you have the floor...but that day is quickly approaching.
