The KINO platform could be a huge development. In light of the fact that Apple is hesitating on a video ipod, yet has moved forward with a photo ipod, opens the door for someone to make that leap. The whole world now clearly understands the potential for a product success in this category.

Soon the ipod will appear all too common now that form factor is no longer an issue. The next OEM to sucessfully market a video MP3 player, especially if kiosks are coming, will likely lead the next charge.

I don`t care who adopts EDIG`s platform, just so they do. Be it portalplayer, Apple, Creative or any other player in this market, this market opportunity looks to be one ready to be up and running soon. We are not faced with all those content issues that we faced in the early days of MP3 and the movie studios already have a relationship with EDIG`s platform capabilities.
