kick me....

I read a copy of that sec document on or just after 3-23 and printed it to a PDF. I never visited the SEC with regard to it. All of the language of the questioned post seemed identical, so there was no question from me with regard to it, other than, Franks question of, "Dear Robert", kind of got me off guard.....should have read my PDF copy.

I now have a firm link to the document...

It is an important doc for sure....
