I do......In reading the post it seems to be, subtley, yet quite clearly indicating EDig came off second best in this deal...It is written negatively about EDig. I get the impression that DM is calling all the shots and EDig is sitting passively by saying "yes Sir" "how high" and "what color".

I guess I have to go back to "law 101" or "contracts 101" or just plain common sense because I have always been under the impression that when one entity hires another, (EDig hiring DM) that the hiree tells the hireor just what the heck they are being hired for and what the expectations of the hiree (EDIg) are.

Another question I have: The "contract" is addressed to Robert Putnam, Senior VP, blah blah......I don't know about you but I have questions as to whether RP can sign a contract like this. Not only is this contract indicating that RP is "the man" but it addresses  the start of the contract "Dear Robert" Since I am not familiar with the doings of this kind of business I have to ask anyone out there if a contract of this magnitude to both parties normally starts out with a "Dear Mary" or "Dear John" or "Dear Robert". I for one have never seen it. This is a formal document, in every case I have seen the start of the addressee is "Dear Mr. Putnam" etal....

And another thing, where is Mr. Blakely in this endevor. This contract between EDig and DM could make EDig "big time". It is the most important document EDig has ever signed to my way of thinking. Should it not be signed by the CEO? Was he in the rest room or playing golf. I find it unbelievable that Mr. Blakely's name is not on that document. He is the boss. RP is a VP but his primary job is public relations to my knowledge.

The second paragraph starts with "The first target is contemplated at this time to be*****". If this entire document is available to be posted just why is that name obliterated? I don't believe a name really existed.

All the waivers and not waivers may or not be valid but the one thing that disturbs me the most is "JUST HOW AND FROM WHERE DID OUR MR/MS/DP ROBERTS COME UP WITH THIS CONTRACT? Is it public knowledge? Then why haven't the sleuths on this board found it and posted it???

I ASK MR/MS/DPROBERTS TO STATE HIS SOURCE AND POST IT FOR ALL TO SEE. I cannot imagine this document to be released by EDig or by DM so where did he get it?? If I am wrong in this assessment then I apologize profusely.

If MR/MS/DPROBERTS does not reveal his source and allow us to access it to ascertain the validity of it then we can all assume that "something smells and it is DPROBERTS that needs a whole bunch of deodorant.

To Mr/Ms/DPROBERTS if you do not direct this board to where the source is then your intent to negatively portray EDig will have backfired and will very clearly show you for what you are and trying to accomplish....

I await whatever reply you care to give..

I have a lot more questions but the above will do for a starter/

Frank
