I believe Duane Morris was in the picture from the beginning over a year ago. I know they have "hit the ground running." and that the strategy they are taking is one that eDigital proposed and they are execuiting. I'm fairly certain that the legal issues between us and Wencor will be dealt with outside of the monitization of our IP. (Duane Morris) My guess is that we will hear more about the litigation / monitization of our IP before the end of this quarter.
