What you post is significant in the sense that it describes what DUANE MORRIS can do, and has done in the past...

"Markman v. Westview Instruments, Inc., is a U.S. Supreme Court decision giving wide authority to trial judges to hold hearings on the disputed facts between the parties known as the "Markman Hearings", and decide as to what facts will be tried to the trier of the facts, (juries). This make the Markman Hearing the most significant phase of a patent litigation case.

Duane Morris has fantastic credentials. Their acceptance to represent EDIG on contingency basis is great validation of EDIG's calims of infringement. However, as others have said, in Law nothing is certain till the fat lady sings. And that means there is a jury verdict that has been upheld by the U.S Supreme Court...

The question confronting us now is not whether or not EDIG has any patent infringment claims, but should we run and buy more EDIG shares at current prices?...

My answer to that question is, (as I told Chapultapec),is a definite YES...

DUANE MORRIS has a great track record. They have made great LAW in the feild of patent litigation, and they are telling us they have significant expertese in handling  patent cases in multiple forums, including arbitration and "settlement" proceeding, something the Federal Courts, like Rocket Docket in TEXAS, are prone to encourage...

Nothing is absolutely certain. There is no way one should get a second mortgage on their home and buy more shares of EDIG at present, hoping to bank millions in 2-5-10 years. That is not the issue confronting Chapultapec and the rest of us...

The fact is that for EDIG, and its shareholders, this is AS GOOD AS IT GETS in terms of having legal counsel to embark on Patent Monetization. With the singular point of emphasis being the fact that DUANE MORRIS is "Putting its money where its Mouth is." They are risking their own cash in advancing all costs in the case...
