Duane Morris has hit the gound running and should begin serving notice to those infringers that are most in violation. Straticically this would be to those companies that would be least likely to offer resistance and require litigation. The least likey infringers to be targeted first, would be the ones with the deepest pockets and the most to loose. ie they will target the low hanging fruit. I believe we may see announcements toward this a early as this quarter. They should also announce the airlines they've received orders from between now and April 17. They need permission from the airlines first. Note plural.
