The 2007 fiscal year-end is here...

...and Monday is the start of new fiscal year 2008. We’ll see the 2007 10K yearly report filed by 06/29/07 which should (if all goes well) include details on the completion of deliveries for yesterday’s announced orders.
Indeed, the last couple weeks have been very encouraging and the news this week was very good to see. Of note to me is how many here (including myself) were rather expecting just another "update" which wouldn’t include much new information or provide any definitive details. Despite the unexplained increase in volume and share price, it was difficult for many of us to believe that real news was actually coming (given such a long history of disappointments). How very refreshing to receive such news as we dared not even hope for lest we be disappointed yet again. I think there may still be some who are almost too afraid to believe it.
While I had recently come to the conclusion that the company would ultimately be successful in its eVU business and patent enforcement efforts, receiving news to reinforce that belief at this point in time (rather than several more months from now) was a real shot in the arm. I’m more convinced than ever that the company intends to and will be able to go the distance - and I plan to as well. I did something today that I didn’t think I’d ever do again - I bought more.
Clearly things have changed for the better at e.Digital. As some have cautioned, it may take awhile before things develop to the point where the share price rises into territory where we’d all like to see it - and I wouldn’t disagree with that. However I do think that the legal team will begin to engage relatively quickly. After all, it’s in their own interest to do so. How long could it take to submit letters, negotiate, and either settle or file suit? Several months to be sure, but not years. I think we’ll be seeing company names well before the year is out - and that is something that is sure to generate some widespread interest and excitement, even if infringement has not yet been decided. Couple this with company name eVU announcements over those same months and there’s little doubt about the overall direction of the share price. IMO, at .25 cents/share, it’s "tell all your friends" time once again. What could be better?
Cheers!
