I would guess the next step is to issue "on notice" letters?

My experience is more with trademarks, but I have been to Marshall, TX and seen the famous Rocket Docket system in play. I would trust our sugar daddy legal team will attempt to license all the mean old copy cats and NOT file suit unless absolutely necessary.

Time will tell, but this has to be one of the larger events in EDIG history regardless of today's pps. Money talks and all else walks. Since EDIG is using their (Duane Morris) money for a 40% stake plus expenses, the eVU customers will not have a reason to back off giving EDIG POs for eVU products. A buyer's perception would have to be, "Hey, EDIG is now a plaaaayar. They can support us." We'll need the short and near term revenue, IMO.
